The activity is carried out on a freelance basis and is subject neither to admission by a professional chamber nor to a regulated professional title within the meaning of § 5 (1) no. 5 DDG.

Christian BAECKER is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (VSBG, the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
